Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping:
Delivery Time: 7-10 business days
Cost: 50/kg (free for orders over 1000/-)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen delays.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the india.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

You can track your order through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Charges and Taxes
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
GST if any is calculated based on the shipping address and is added to the total of your order.

Shipping Carrier
We use various shipping carriers, including DTDC, SHREETIRUPATI, TRACKON and INDIAPOST. The carrier is selected based on the best available service for your delivery address.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Diamond Sales is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please make a opening video of the parcel for claim without cut and pause.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.
