Once a product is purchased, it cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded under any circumstances, except in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or an error in the order caused by us.

You have received the wrong item or size different from what you ordered.
The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
In such cases:
You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the issue are required.
The customer must send the product back to us at their own cost, even if the exchange is due to our mistake, because we do not have a parcel pick-up service.
Once we receive and verify the product, we will send the replacement at no extra cost to you.
